GROWN AGAIN FRAMEWORK

Resources to Soil Value

Assess → Design → Implement → Improve

  • Based in the Turks and Caicos Islands

  • Grounded in local agricultural conditions

  • Farmer Field School and composting training

  • Practical systems and implementation focus

  • Independent, consultancy-led approach

Turn a resource problem into a workable system.

Organic materials are often treated as waste even when they can support soil, agriculture and local resilience. Grown Again brings a systems perspective to the challenge, connecting the people, processes and practical decisions needed to move from intention to implementation.

We begin with professional consultancy: clear assessments, fit-for-purpose programme design, training and implementation support. Our work is grounded in local conditions and designed to be useful long after the final report.

Clear enough to act on. Flexible enough for the real world.

Grown Again is a Turks and Caicos Islands consultancy focused on agriculture, composting, organic resource management and circular economy development. We help clients understand their current practices, identify practical opportunities and design systems suited to their operations and local conditions.

Turning resource challenges into workable systems.

Local knowledge. Systems thinking. Practical delivery.

Built from hands-on learning and a commitment to local application.

Grown Again is led by Darnae Williams, whose preparation began through independent research, practical exploration and the development of locally relevant ideas for agriculture, composting and circular resource management. This foundation was further strengthened through the Department of Agriculture’s Farmer Field School, hands-on composting experience and business development through the Invest Turks and Caicos Islands Accelerator Programme.

That foundation shapes a grounded consultancy approach: diagnose carefully, communicate clearly and build systems people can operate. Specialist engineering, laboratory, regulatory or other professional inputs will be identified and coordinated where an engagement requires them.

Grown Again currently provides professional consultancy, assessments, training and project-development support. Commercial composting and organic resource-recovery operations form part of our planned growth and will proceed subject to the necessary land, environmental and operating approvals.

Consult first. Prove the model. Build responsibly.
